JIS B2220:2012 的表 22 以毫米规定钢制管法兰的尺寸公差。第 12.5 条把该表作为法兰公差的依据，并对螺纹法兰另加垂直度限值。
该表按尺寸、法兰分类、垫片面与尺寸分段（尺寸带）组织。多数公差为对称（±）。厚度、轮毂、内径与倒角公差以正／零或零／负给出，整体法兰的外径则完全不规定正偏差。表头的图给出各符号的测量位置。

尺寸分段与公差单位为 mm。“+ 未规定 / −2”表示标准只规定负偏差（2 mm），正偏差未规定。各符号见表 22 上方的图；d₀ 为 SOP、SOH、SW、LJ 法兰的内径，d 为 SW 与 WN 法兰的内径。
第 2 部分——厚度、轮毂、长度与倒角
厚度公差为单向（+/0）；而总长 T 对 SOH、SW、LJ 与 TR 法兰为 ±2 mm，对 WN 为 +/0。最后一行控制螺栓与螺母接触面相对垫片面的垂直度。

尺寸分段与公差单位为 mm。t 为法兰厚度，t − f 为突面下的厚度。厚度行上的 a) 与 b) 标记见脚注。
螺纹垂直度（第 12.5 条）
表 22 不涵盖螺纹。第 12.5 条对螺纹法兰（TR）另作要求：
- 螺纹轴线必须垂直于垫片面，偏差在螺纹轴线每 100 mm 为 0.9 mm 以内。
- 垂直度按 JIS B 0621 的 5.8 定义。
- 螺纹本身按 JIS B 0203 制造（第 12.4 条）。
常见问题
- JIS 法兰外径的公差是多少？
- 除整体法兰（IT）外的所有法兰类型：外径 600 mm 及以下为 ±1.5 mm，600 mm 以上为 ±3 mm。整体法兰不规定正偏差：1 000 mm 及以下为 −2 mm，1 000 mm 以上为 −3 mm。
- JIS B2220 法兰厚度允许偏差多大？
- 厚度 t：20 mm 及以下为 +1.5/0 mm，20 mm 以上至 50 mm 为 +2/0 mm，50 mm 以上为 +3/0 mm；突面下的 t − f 厚度采用相同分段。法兰间距固定的管道系统中的整体法兰可使用两倍公差，锪面法兰在负侧最多可用公差的 70 %（脚注 a 与 b）。
- 螺栓孔中心圆与螺栓孔适用什么公差？
- 螺栓孔中心圆直径 C：950 mm 及以下为 ±0.8 mm，950 mm 以上为 ±1.5 mm。螺栓孔间距为 ±0.8 mm，螺栓孔直径 h 为 ±0.5 mm。螺栓孔中心圆相对内径的偏心必须在 0.8 mm 以内。
- 同样的公差适用于所有法兰类型吗？
- 不是。表 22 对外径（IT 与其他类型）、内径（SOP、SOH、SW、LJ 的 d₀ 与 SW、WN 的 d）以及垫片面尺寸给出不同规则。阅读时应把分类列与垫片面列同尺寸一并考虑。
